Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Trinity’s Potions! We strive to provide the best products and service possible, and we want to ensure you’re fully informed about our shipping process.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for our products are determined by the weight of the items in your order and the packaging required to safely deliver them to you. Due to the nature of our products, including perfumes, candles, wax melts, and body care items, the shipping cost is $9. This allows us to use reliable carriers and provide high-quality packaging to ensure your products arrive safely.


Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package’s journey.


Shipping Methods

We ship via USPS as well as UPS and offer standard delivery options for all orders. Delivery times will vary depending on your location, but most orders arrive within 5-7 business days after shipment.

 

Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. After processing and shipment, you will receive another email with tracking information. If you do not receive either of these emails, please check your spam or junk folder or reach out to us at trinityspotions@gmail.com. 

 

Damaged or Missing Items

While we take great care in packaging your items, accidents can happen. If you receive a damaged item or your order is missing something, please contact us within 7-10 days of receiving your shipment at trinityspotions@gmail.com and we’ll make it right!
